WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All dry goods returned within 90 days of date of purchase are eligible for a full refund! Items must be in good condition and returned without damage. If items are damaged/ used in your aquarium, a refund value of 50% of the items original price will be issued to buyer. 

 

Product arrived broken/damaged? Please send a message through the contact section of the website and I can work with you to resolve any issues and to organize a return! We strive for customer satisfaction, so any items that arrive broken will be replaced for free! Just send us a message and picture to Sales@chrissaquaticdesign.com

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship internationally! Shipping fees may apply according to the shipping destination. We offer multiple carrier services and guarantee a safe arrival of all items in your order! We have shipped our aquarium gear to over 25 countries!
